LB Architects exhibits a keen understanding of the design process (our “ten steps”) that enables us to accommodate accelerated schedules while ensuring that all participants are fully informed at all times.  We work with the client throughout the entire design process and impart expertise on a full range of design services, from pre-lease negotiations through initial information gathering, conceptual design, design development, contract documents, bidding, purchasing, construction, manufacturing, shipping, installation and post-occupancy review.
