When customizing the design of their 10,000 rsf space through SL Green Realty Corp., Waterfront Capital Partners shared their European modern home inspiration with LB Architects. All office and conference spaces have glass walls, allowing light and Central Park views to permeate the interior.  Elements like lacquer panels and large scale light fixtures add drama to the space, while gray wood tile floors and track lighting add warmth and a residential atmosphere to their office.
