SL Green Realty Corp. retained LB Architects for a major renovation of the interior lobby, outdoor atrium and storefront. The outdoor atrium was conceived as a “pocket park” featuring custom light fixtures, a waterwall, signage, seating, and lighting. The indoor lobby includes custom light fixtures, a new reception desk, artwork and a feature wall behind reception.
