Landlord Building Standards
As landlords and building owners look to prepare vacant space for a new tenant, we are able to assist in developing a standard that can be used on a recurring basis. Our work allows for all standard building projects to be built efficiently and remain on schedule during construction.
Specifications for materials and finishes are compiled based on existing architectural features of the building as well as neutral aesthetics that are fit for a variety of tenants.
