Whether a client is relocating to a new location or staying in their existing space, it is critical for the Design Team to understand the existing work environment.
LB Architects can provide a detailed analysis of the existing conditions as well as a thorough evaluation of the needs of a client for the near and distant future. In order to analyze a specific client's workspace, we use an assortment of tools and techniques best suited for the end user. Our assessment is developed through the use of a multitude of methods including Personnel Interviews, Site Surveys, Questionnaires and Focus Groups.
At the conclusion of the process, the client is left with a complete and thorough analysis of their workplace and all of the information required to make educated decisions regarding future planning.
