LB Architects believes that a building should be supportive of its occupants and not compromise one's health or happiness. Interior environments are where we spend the majority of our time and we recognize that it is critical that the aesthetics, spatial qualities, systems, and components be designed to enhance one's quality of life and to become an asset to both individuals and businesses.
Environmental Responsibility
LB Architects provides guidance during all phases of the project to identify how goals of sustainability can be met. Helping a client incorporate sustainable design criteria from the onset of their project is imperative to creating a space that benefits the people who inhabit it. In addition to utilizing aspects of sustainable design, every effort is made to minimize the impact on the natural environment. We take a leadership role in the process from site and building selection, identification of programming requirements, material and finish selection, designing for energy conservation and enhancement of natural light, consultant coordination, all the way through to construction waste management. Whether the intent is to pursue LEED Certification or to simply incorporate as many sustainable design practices into the project as possible, we will commit to your goals and ensure that they are met throughout the project.
